TDX Infrastructure Services can serve as the primary integrator for your needs, planning, design, construction, and commissioning. Risk is reduced by our project experience and intellectual capital. We look for single points of failure and design flaws that lead to equipment under or oversizing.
Once a project team is formed, it is overseen by a Project Manager, who is responsible for ensuring that the project meets all of the client’s expectations in terms of cost, time, safety, and performance. For the length of the project, our Team member serves as the client’s sole point of contact inside TDX Infrastructure Services. We look for interruptions that could be caused by incorrect configuration or a lack of contingency planning. We also assist you in avoiding obsolete practises that result in underperformance and stifle progress.
